1. COMPANY RESEARCH / UNDERSTANDING

We take time in getting to understand our client’s business, environment and corporate culture. This enables us to source applicants that will well fit with the client’s organisational needs and culture.

2. JOB PROFILE

In accepting a job specification, we endeavour to fully be on par with the client’s requirements in terms of the job context, the skills and competencies, as well as the personal attributes required.

3. DATABASE SEARCH

Since we have continuously updated and maintained database of candidates, we ensure quick turn-around time by first performing an internal base search of existing top candidates.

4. ADVERTISING & RESPONSE HANDLING

  • Advertising is confidentially and professionally done on behalf of our clients in appropriately selected media, at our cost.

  • All applications are screened and unsuccessful candidates declined

  • Pre-selection interviews are conducted using a competency-based interview approach.

  • PC literacy testing, where necessary, is done for office support candidates

  • Shortlisting only the best candidates

  • Conducting a minimum of two reference checks

  • Conducting integrity/credentials checks (ITC, ID and Qualifications verifications)

  • Compiling CVs in a professional and standard manner

  • Submitting a maximum of four best, and thoroughly briefed candidates

  • Post placement service by checking on the candidate’s performance for up to three months.
